摘要 针对不锈钢复合板压力容器筒体环焊缝焊接的焊接质量受人为因素影响大、劳动强度高、焊接效率低等缺点,在现有埋弧自动焊机机架结构基础上加装自制工装架和焊接机构,设计出一种自动熔化极气体保护焊焊接装置。实际应用表明,改装后的焊接工装性能可靠,使用效果良好,可实现不锈钢复合板压力容器筒体环焊缝的全自动气体保护焊。 Aiming at shortcomings of stainless steel cladded plate pressure vessel C-seam welding, such as human influences on welding quality, high labor intensity and low welding efficiency, based on the existing submerged arc automatic welding machine frame structure, the automatic gas protection welding function was realized by installation of self-made work-frame and welding mechanism. The practical application shows that the modified welding tool has reliable performance and satisfied service results and can realize the automatic gas shielded welding of the C-seam joints of the stainless steel cladded plate pressure vessel cylinders.
