摘要
主要基于高精度测量仪测绘数据进行数据整理,导入CAD三维软件中进行三维实体建模,综合考虑了零件的加工误差、制造误差、轮齿表面粗糙度等因素,为研究产品的性能、单一零件产品质量、零件之间误差对传动精度影响打下基础。通过高精度测量仪测绘数据,分析整理数据,导入三维建模软件,建立考虑误差因素2K-V型减速机虚拟样机模型,同时建立相对理想的虚拟样机模型,通过计算对比验证,最终验证考虑误差虚拟样机的正确性和可行性,为后续2K-V型减速器动力学研究,提供一种可行的建模思虑和方法。
Based on the high-precision measuring instrument mapping data, the data is sorted into CAD 3D software for 3D solid modeling. The model comprehensively considers the machining error of the parts, the manufacturing error, the surface roughness of the gear teeth, etc., which lays the foundation for the subsequent performance of the research product,the quality of the single part product, and the error between the parts on the transmission accuracy. Through the high-precision measuring instrument mapping data, this paper analyzes and organizes the data, introduces the 3D modeling software to establish the virtual prototype model of the 2K-V type reducer considering the error factor, and establishes the relative ideal virtual prototype model, which is verified by calculation and comparison. The correctness and feasibility of the error virtual prototype provide a feasible modeling consideration and method for the subsequent 2K-V type reducer dynamics research.
