摘要
针对复杂曲面零件加工提出一种基于UGNX五轴联动的加工方法,该方法根据曲面零件的几何特征,确定相应的编程策略、选择合理的刀轴控制方式和投影矢量,生成合理的加工路线;再针对不同的机床,定制专用的后处理驱动程序;然后建立对应的机床模型,进行数控程序校验、干涉检查、测量分析等;最后通过实际加工进一步验证加工工艺的合理性。
In this paper, a machining method based on UGNX five-axis linkage is proposed for the machining of complex curved parts. According to the geometric features of curved parts, the method determines the corresponding programming strategy, selects the reasonable tool axis control method and projection vector, and generates a reasonable processing route. Then, special post-processing drivers are customized for different machine tools;Corresponding machine model is established for NC program verification, interference check, measurement analysis.The rationality of the machining process is further verified by actual machining.
