摘要 双齿轮联动樱桃采摘器通过钢索带动齿条与齿轮啮合运动,实现凸轮和不完全齿轮的同角度转动,凸轮完成对树枝的夹紧,推头实现将樱桃摘下的功能;通过时序设计,利用凸轮的推程与休止、不完全齿轮的空转与啮合,完成定位、夹紧、采摘果实的目的,实现人工采摘中"先抓住树枝再将樱桃掐下"的采摘动作。该设备操作简单、体积小巧轻便,采摘效率较高,适合于果农和观光游客使用,具有广阔的市场前景。 The double-gear linkage cherry picker drives the rack and the gear meshing movement through the steel cable to realize the equal-angle rotation of the cam and the incomplete gear. The cam completes the clamping of the branch, and the pusher realizes the function of removing the cherry. The design uses the push and stop of the cam and the idling and meshing of the incomplete gear to complete the purpose of positioning, clamping and picking the fruit, and realize the picking action of grasping the branches and then licking the cherry in the manual picking. The device has the characteristics of simple operation, small size and light weight, and high picking efficiency, and is suitable for use by fruit farmers and tourists, and has broad market prospects.
