摘要 针对某型号扫地机器人在运行过程中出现的"中止"问题,运用TRIZ理论中的分析问题和求解问题工具进行求解。通过对其进行根原因分析,发现导致该款扫地机器人打扫出现中止问题的根原因主要为V形长刷直径小、车身较厚较宽、集尘盒体积小、静电吸附等原因。分别以这4个根原因为关键问题入手点,运用TRIZ理论中的40条发明原理、物质-场模型、76个标准解、裁剪,以及进化路线等解题工具进行问题求解,最终得出11种解决方案。通过对11种解决方案进行可行性分析及评价,最终确定解决导致扫地机器人打扫中止问题根原因的方案,保证扫地机器人在无人状态时的打扫效率。 In view of the interruption problem that occurs in the operation of a certain type of sweeping robot, the analytical problem and the solution tool in TRIZ theory are used to solve the problem. Through root cause analysis, it is found that the root cause of the sweeping robot cleaning interrupt problem is mainly due to the small diameter of the Vshaped long brush, the thicker and wider body, the smaller volume of the dust box, and the electrostatic adsorption. Using these four root causes as the key issues, we use the 40 invention principles, material-field model, 76 standard solutions,cropping and evolutionary routes to solve the problem based on TRIZ theory, and finally get 11 solutions. Through the feasibility analysis and evaluation of the 11 solutions, the solution to the root cause of the sweeping robot cleaning interrupt problem is finally determined, and the cleaning efficiency of the sweeping robot under the unmanned state is guaranteed.
