摘要
介绍了螺杆式空压机驱动机构减震垫设计选型的优化。通过ANSYS的辅助分析,预测减震垫的最大变形,寻找最优的安装位置和最合适刚度K值减震垫,同时提到的该方法也适用于一般的减震垫的设计和选型优化。
This paper mainly introduces the optimization of design and selection of the cushion for the drive mechanism of screw air compressor. Through the auxiliary analysis of ANSYS, the maximum deformation of the cushion is predicted, and the optimal installation position and the cushion with the most suitable stiffness K value are found. This method is also suitable for the design and selection optimization of general cushions.
