基于键合图理论的定轴齿轮传动耗散特性研究

摘要 从齿轮传动啮合原理出发,分别建立单对齿轮内、外啮合运动学模型,提出了基于耗散理论的单齿传动键合图模型。在此基础上,应用"啮合损失法"分别对单齿传动、单对齿轮传动及定轴轮系的耗散特性进行研究。结果表明,键合图理论可以用于齿轮传动的分析和求解,并由此得到定轴齿轮传动瞬时效率的计算方法。 Based on the meshing principle of gear transmission, the internal and external meshing kinematics models of single pair of gears are established respectively. A single-tooth drive bond diagram model based on dissipation theory is proposed. On this basis, the dissipative characteristics of single-tooth transmission, single-pair gear transmission and fixed-axis gear train are studied by the meshing loss method. The results show that the bond graph theory can be used for the analysis and solution of gear transmission, and the calculation method of the instantaneous efficiency of the fixed shaft gear transmission is obtained.
