402名农村老年人自我养老能力现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of self-care ability of 402 elderly in rural areas and its influencing factors

[目的]探讨农村老年人自我养老能力现状及影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料问卷、老年人自我养老能力量表、心理一致感量表对湖南省平江县、邵东县、慈利县10个乡村402名老年人进行调查。[结果]农村老年人自我养老能力得分为(167.68±18.80)分,处于中等水平;心理一致感与老年人自我养老能力呈正相关(r=0.195,P<0.01),性别、教育水平、子女数量、付费方式和心理一致感是老年人自我养老能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。[结论]农村老年人自我养老能力处于中等水平,心理一致感水平越高的个体,自我养老能力水平越高。应提高农村老年人的自我养老能力,积极应对老龄化。

Objective:To study the status quo and influencing factors of self⁃care ability of elderly in rural areas.Methods:A total of 402 elderly in 10 villages of Pingjiang county,Shaodong county and Cili county of Hunan province were surveyed by using general data questionnaire,Self⁃care Ability Scale of Elderly People and Sense of Coherence⁃13.Results:The score of self⁃care ability of rural elderly was 167.68±18.80,which was in the middle level.Sense of coherence was positively correlated with self⁃care ability of the elderly(r=0.195,P<0.01).Gender,education level,number of children,ways of paying and sense of coherence were the influencing factors of selfcare ability of the elderly(P<0.05).Conclusions:The self-care ability of rural elderly was at the medium level,and the higher the level of sense of coherence was,the higher level of self⁃care ability was.We should improve the self-care ability of rural elderly and actively deal with aging.
