自杀风险非传统评估法的研究进展

Research progress on non-traditional assessment methods of suicide risk

主要对内隐联想测验及其范式在自杀风险评估中的发展与应用进行综述,同时简要介绍其他非传统评估法,指出要准确评估自杀风险有一定的困难,量表、问卷等传统评估法和内隐联想测验、机器学习等非传统评估法,能从不同的层面全方位评估个体自杀风险,为更准确地评估自杀风险创造了更好的机会,也为后续的干预提供了更加强有力的依据。

This paper mainly reviewed the development and application of implicit association test and its paradigm in suicide risk assessment,and briefly introduced other non-traditional assessment methods.It pointed out that it was difficult to accurately assess the risk of suicide,but the traditional evaluation methods,such as scale,questionnaire and so on,and non-traditional evaluation methods,such as the implicit association test and machine learning,could comprehensively assess individual suicide risk from different levels,and creat a better opportunity for more accurate assessment of suicide risk and provid a stronger basis for subsequent intervention.
