对急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)病人在静脉-静脉体外膜肺氧合(V-V ECMO)期间采用俯卧位治疗的意义、具体要求及护理要点进行综述,旨在为该类病人提供更好的V-V ECMO期间俯卧位治疗服务提供参考依据。

This paper reviewed the significance,specific requirements and nursing points of prone position therapy in acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)patients during venous-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(V-V ECMO),in order to provide a reference for prone position therapy in ARDS patients during V-V ECMO.
