摘要 为了评估普朗铜矿自然崩落法采矿工艺风险,通过现场实地调查、查阅文献以及咨询采矿专家的结果,将普朗铜矿自然崩落法采矿工艺分为拉底、底部结构、出矿、放矿、通风、运输6个方面进行分析,运用模糊综合分析法对影响采矿工艺环节的风险因素进行评估及排序。应用解释结构模型和网络分析法相结合的方法分析风险因素之间的关系,并计算出了普朗铜矿自然崩落法采矿工艺风险为“中等”风险,悬顶、堵塞为特高风险因素,底部结构施工与支护、崩落块度、底部结构的时效性以及铲装及运输为高风险因素。 In order to assess the risk of natural caving technology in Pulang Copper Mine,Through on-site investigation,literature review and consultation with mining experts,the natural caving mining technology in Pulang Copper Mine is analyzed based on six aspects:bottom drawing,bottom structure,ore removal,ore drawing,ventilation and transportation.Fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is used to evaluate and rank the risk factors affecting mining process.The relationship between risk factors is analyzed by means of interpretative structure model and network analysis method.The risk of natural caving mining technology in Pulang Copper Mine is calculated to be"medium"risk,the hanging roof and blocking is a very high risk factor and the construction and support of the bottom structure,caving fragmentation and the timeliness of the bottom structure,as well as the loading and transportation are high risk factors.
