血浆BDNF、IL-6及IL-1β水平与抑郁症的相关性研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨血浆脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)水平与抑郁症的相关性。方法选取本院2015年1月—2017年8月收治的100例抑郁症患者为观察组,根据病情严重程度将其分为轻度、中度及重度亚组。另选择同期我院体检健康人员32例为对照组。比较所有入组者血浆BDNF、IL-6、IL-1β水平差异;并通过Spearman相关性分析,探讨汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分与血浆BDNF、IL-6、IL-1β的关系。结果观察组血浆BDNF水平明显低于对照组,IL-6、IL-1β水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。重度亚组血浆BDNF水平明显低于轻度亚组、中度亚组,IL-6、IL-1β水平均明显高于轻度亚组、中度亚组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。HAMD总分与血浆BDNF、IL-6、IL-1β水平均无相关性。结论血浆BDNF、IL-6、IL-1β可能参与了抑郁症的发生、发展过程,但其水平与抑郁症程度无关。 Objective To investigate the correlation between levels of plasma brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleuki-1β(IL-1β)and depressive disorder.Methods One hundred patients with depressive disorder treated in the hospital between January 2015 and August 2017 were selected as the observation group.They were divided into mild,moderate and severe subgroups according to the severity of the disease.Another 32 healthy people who received health examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Levels of plasma BDNF,IL-6 and IL-1βwere compared among those enrolled.The relationship between the score of HAMD and levels of plasma BDNF,IL-6 and IL-1βwas analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis.Results The level of plasma BDNF in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while levels of IL-6 and IL-1βwere significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The plasma BDNF level in the severe subgroup was significantly lower,while levels of IL-6 and IL-1βwere significantly higher,as compared with those in the mild subgroup or the moderate subgroup(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no correlation between the total score of HAMD and levels of plasma BDNF,IL-6 and IL-1β.Conclusion Plasma BDNF,IL-6 and IL-1βmay be involved in the occurrence and development of depressive disorder.However,levels of plasma BDNF,IL-6 and IL-1βare not related to the severity of depressive disorder.
