国内外特殊医学用途配方食品标准概况及技术指标比对

General situation of food for special medical purpose standards at home and abroad and comparison of technical indicators

特殊医学用途配方食品在我国起步较晚,我国标准制定过程中参考和借鉴了CAC、欧盟、美国等国家和组织的相关规定。目前,我国对特殊医学用途配方食品实行注册管理,产品准入门槛相对较高。本文将相关组织和国家标准中的规定进行汇总整理,同时将标准中的技术指标与我国标准进行了比对分析,比对结果显示,我国基本上建立了与国际接轨的标准体系。
