摘要
特殊医学用途配方食品在我国起步较晚,我国标准制定过程中参考和借鉴了CAC、欧盟、美国等国家和组织的相关规定。目前,我国对特殊医学用途配方食品实行注册管理,产品准入门槛相对较高。本文将相关组织和国家标准中的规定进行汇总整理,同时将标准中的技术指标与我国标准进行了比对分析,比对结果显示,我国基本上建立了与国际接轨的标准体系。
Food for special medical purpose started late in our country,In the process of formula-ting our country’s standard system, the relevant regulations of CAC, EU, U.S. and other countries and organizations were referred to and used for reference.China Implements Registration Admin-istration on Prescription Foods for Special Medical Purposes.The entry threshold is relatively high.In this paper, relevant organizations and national standards are summarized,At the same time, the technical indexes in the standard are compared and analyzed.Our country has basically established a standard system in line with international standards.
