摘要
新高考改革旨在落实多元和选择的理念,倒逼高中学校深化教育教学改革。通过调研,了解学校在推进“选课走班”实践中遇到的新矛盾与新挑战,分析“选课走班”矛盾背后的逻辑动因,探讨理想与现实之间的差距,并结合调研学校在实践中的有益探索,从做好系统规划、改进管理机制、应对师资结构性矛盾、强化生涯规划教育、平衡利益相关者价值取向、构建多元评价体系等方面,探讨学校面对问题和挑战的因应之策。
The reform of the new college entrance examination aims to implement the concept of pluralism and choice,forcing the high schools to deepen the curriculum reform.Taking the first two rounds of pilot experience,with the“3+1+2”mode as the main mode,Hubei Province also actively involved in the wave of the new college entrance examination reform.This paper surveyed 10 high schools in the jurisdiction of Wuchang District,Wuhan City,Hubei Province,and learned that the schools encountered new contradictions and challenges in the practice of advancing courses&classes selection:the shortage of educational resources,the impact of the original teaching order,the structural contradictions of teachers,the urgent reconstruction of school management system,and the problems in students’mentality and learning motivation.To this end,it is necessary to analyze the logical motivation behind the contradiction of courses&classes selection,and to explore the gap between ideal and reality.In combination with the useful exploration of the high school in practice,this paper discusses the solutions to the problems and challenges faced by the school from the aspects of system planning,improvement of management mechanism,response to structural contradictions of teachers,strengthening of career planning education,balancing of value orientation,and construction of multiple evaluation systems.
