术前缝扎阴茎浅静脉在吻合器式包皮环切术中的应用价值

Clinical Application of Preoperative Suture and Ligation of Superficial Penile Vein in Anastomotic Circumcision

目的探讨术前缝扎阴茎浅静脉在吻合器式包皮环切术中的应用价值。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月在医院行吻合器式包皮环切术的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组仅使用吻合器式包皮环切术,试验组以术前缝扎阴茎浅静脉为前提,再使用吻合器式包皮环切术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组治疗效果(除手术时间外)明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在吻合器式包皮环切术治疗前先缝扎阴茎浅静脉,能够减少术中出血量,缩短血肿时间及切口愈合时间,还可有效预防术后并发症。

.ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of preoperative suture and ligation of superficial penile vein in stapler circumcision.MethodsA total of 60 cases of stapler circumcision in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and experimental group (30 cases).The control group only used stapler circumcision,while the experimental group used stapler circumcision on the premise of preoperative ligation of the superficial vein of the penis,and then used stapler circumcision to compare the therapeutic effect of each group.ResultsThe therapeutic effect of the experimental group (except the operation time) was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of stapler circumcision,preoperative suture and ligation of superficial penile vein can reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,short the hematoma time and wound healing time,improve the occurrence of complications after operation.
