Development of grassroots public hospitals in Neijiang City: problems and countermeasures

基层公立医院作为分级诊疗制度推进的重要环节,对未来医疗卫生事业发展有着极为重要的意义。通过对内江市基层公立医院发展现状和存在问题的分析,探讨相应发展对策,并对未来基层公立医院的发展定位和发展转型进行了讨论,着重从人才队伍建设、信息化建设、资源共享、引进社会资本4个方面进行探析,希望对基层公立医院未来发展提供参考。

Grassroots public hospitals play important roles in the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and in the future development of health care services as well. This article analyzes the status quo, problems, and countermeasures of the grass-roots public hospitals in Neijiang City, and elucidates the development orientation and transformation of grass-roots public hospitals in terms of talent training, informationization, resource sharing, and introduction of social capital, in an attempt to provide reference for the development of grassroots public hospitals.
