医院安全保卫工作影响因素及应对措施研究现状

Hospital security: influencing factors and their countermeasures

采用文献回顾法探索国内医院安全保卫工作的研究现状与热点。通过分析文献发现,目前我国医院安全保卫存在的主要影响因素主要包括社会因素、环境因素、机制因素、专业人才缺位和管理等因素,针对存在的影响因素提出应对措施,为医院安全管理和安全保卫工作提供理论参考。

Current research status and research focus on hospital security in China were investigated via literature review. It was found that main influencing factors for hospital security included social factors, environmental factors, institutional factors, absence of professional talents, and management problems. Countermeasures were proposed and theoretic evidence was provided to improve the security management in hospitals.
