Taking the construction practice of the marketing professional group of Jiangxi Vocational College of Finance and Economics as an example,this paper explores the setting and optimization path of the professional group of Jiangxi Higher Vocational Colleges with the regional industrial cluster development.In the construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges,we should give full play to the leading role of the government,give full play to the synergistic role of industries and give full play to the main role of higher vocational colleges so as to construct a coordinated professional group construction mechanism among government,enterprises and colleges.
