新时代高职校园体育文化建设的现状及对策

新时代高职校园体育文化建设有利于营造更好的育人氛围,促进高职学生健康全面成长,培养高素质的技能型和创新型人才。目前,高职校园体育文化建设存在基础设施有待完善、教学方法创新不足、师资队伍有待增强、学生的参与主动性不强、地方特色不够鲜明等方面的问题。高职院校要通过完善体育基础设施、创新高职体育教学方法、打造优秀师资队伍、举办校园体育文化节等措施,促进校园体育文化建设。

The construction of sports culture in higher vocational colleges,which is of great significance in the new era,is conducive to creating a better education atmosphere,promoting the healthy and comprehensive growth of vocational students,and cultivating high-quality skilled and innovative talents.However,there are currently insufficient deficiencies in the construction of campus sports culture.The main manifestations are that the infrastructure needs to be improved,the teaching methods are not innovative enough,the faculty needs to be strengthened,the students’participation is not strong,and the local characteristics are not clear enough.It is necessary to improve the sports infrastructure,innovate the teaching methods of higher vocational sports,create excellent teachers,attract students to participate extensively,hold campus sports culture festivals,and adapt to local conditions to create a sports culture with local characteristics.
