“潜能德育”:时代背景、本质内涵与职教价值

“Potential Moral Education”:The Background, the Essence and the Value of the Vocational Education

摘要 基于多元智力理论和积极心理学理论基础,针对中职生的群体特征和个性特点,江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校提出并践行“潜能德育”育人理念,德育实践取得了较为理想的成效。聚焦“潜能德育”的时代背景、本质内涵和职教价值,有利于对“潜能德育”深入系统探究,有利于职教德育创新,为新时代适合的职教德育理论和实践积累做出应有贡献。 Based on the theory of multiple intelligences and positive psychology,and according to the group characteristics and personality characteristics of secondary vocational school students,Yangzhou Tourism Business School in Jiangsu Province put forward and practiced the concept of“potential moral education”,which has achieved satisfactory results.Focusing on the background,essential connotation and vocational education value of“potential moral education”is beneficial to the further and systematic exploration of“potential moral education”,as well as the innovation of vocational-moral education.It is also beneficial to the accumulation of theory and practice of vocational-moral education in the new era.
