摘要
高校辅导员是高校学生工作的主导群体,当前辅导员的工作现状是工作角色多样化、工作事务繁杂、工作时间无保障、学生群体的特殊、发展通道受限,从而导致辅导员的职业归属感不强。高校可通过提升辅导员的专业技能、增强辅导员工作成就感、提高辅导员职业幸福感等途径,提升辅导员的职业归属感。
counselors in higher vocational colleges are the leading group for the work regarding the students’affairs.Currently,the counselors’work is in an situation of the diversification of work roles,the complexity of work affairs,the uncertainty of working hours,the particularity of student groups,and the limitation of development channels,which lead to the weak sense of professional belonging of counselors.Colleges can enhance counselors’sense of professional belonging by improving their professional skills,enhancing their sense of achievement,and improving their professional happiness.
