认知训练对卒中后认知功能障碍患者的影响分析

Effects of cognitive training on patients with cognitive impairment after stroke

目的:探讨认知训练对卒中后认知功能障碍患者的影响。方法:选取60例卒中后认知功能障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规康复训练,研究组实施认知训练,比较两组患者的认知功能、运动功能、日常生活能力和生命质量变化状况。结果:两组患者训练前的MMSE评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者训练后的MMSE评分均高于训练前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理前的FMA评分、Barthel指数与生命质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者训练后的FMA评分、Barthel指数与生命质量评分均高于训练前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对卒中后认知功能障碍患者行认知训练可有效改善其认知功能及预后,提升患者生命质量。

Objective: To explore effects of cognitive training on patients with cognitive impairment after stroke. Methods: 60 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke were selected as the study objects, and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, while the study group received cognitive training. The changes of cognitive function, motor function, ability of daily life and quality of life were analyzed between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the MMSE scores between the two groups before the training(P>0.05). However, the MMSE scores of the two groups after the training were higher than those before the training, that of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the FMA score, Barthel index and quality of life score before the nursing between the two groups(P>0.05). However, the FMA scores, Barthel indexes and quality of life scores of the two groups after the training were higher than those before the training, those of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The cognitive training can effectively improve the cognitive function and prognosis of the patients with cognitive impairment after stroke, and can improve their quality of life.
