摘要
胃癌治疗道路任重道远,研究与实践稳健推进。2019年胃癌研究开花结果,有新辅助治疗酝酿时久成果出新,也有免疫治疗和联合治疗屡试屡验不惧迷雾,还有靶向治疗精准定位锲而不舍等。本文将总结2019年胃癌领域研究进展,归纳为外科及围术期治疗、免疫治疗、精准靶向治疗和化疗方案优化四个方面,以总结和思考过去,才能展望和挑战未来。
Therapy of gastric cancer has a long road with researches and practices steady advancing.The year 2019 has seen achievements in researches of gastric cancer,including new adjuvant studies finished with new results through long period,immunotherapy and combination therapy have tried different therapeutic strategies,targeted therapy has been persevering with seeking for the accurate position,and other aspects.This article aims to summarize advanced researches and results in the past year to illustrate the progresses in surgery and perioperative treatment,targeted therapy,immunotherapy and optimization of chemotherapy.Only when we summarize and reflect on the past deeply,can we prospect and challenge the future.
