摘要
宫颈癌是威胁女性健康的主要因素之一,其发病率与死亡率始终受到全世界的关注。早期宫颈癌可以选择手术或放疗治疗,局部晚期宫颈癌以同步放化疗为主要治疗方式,而晚期宫颈癌则采用个体化综合治疗。随着治疗技术与药物的不断进步,宫颈癌的治疗疗效也在不断改善,更多潜在有效的治疗方式显示出可期的应用前景。本文就2019年报道的宫颈癌相关的重要临床研究作一简要概述。
Cervical cancer is still one of the major threats to women's health,and its morbidity and mortality have always attracted worldwide attention.Cervical cancer with early stage can be treated with surgery or radiotherapy,concurrent chemoradiotherapy is always performed in locally advanced disease,and advanced cervical cancer can be treated individually.With the continuous advances in treatment technology and drugs,the overall outcome of cervical cancer patients is also improving,and more potential effective treatments show a promising application prospect.This article provides a brief overview of important clinical researches in cervical cancer reported in 2019.
