肿瘤脂代谢基础及转化研究进展

摘要 糖类、脂类、蛋白质是人体的三大营养素,其中脂类包括甘油三酯、磷脂和固醇。脂类为机体提供所需的能量和必需脂肪酸,是人体细胞组织的组成成分。多种脂类分子和代谢中间产物参与细胞信号转导及炎性反应过程,促进肿瘤的发生、发展。此外,脂肪酸生物合成酶也参与肿瘤的脂质代谢。而且,血脂异常也与多种实体肿瘤密切相关。因此,脂质代谢异常与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。本文论述了肿瘤脂代谢信号通路、相关基因、参与脂质代谢过程的相关酶、炎性细胞和炎性因子对肿瘤发生发展的影响以及几种与血脂异常密切相关的实体肿瘤,为提高肿瘤治疗疗效提供参考。 Carbohydrate,lipid and protein are the three major nutrients of human body,among which lipids include triglycerides,phospholipids and sterols.Lipids provide the body with the necessary energy and essential fatty acids,and are a component of human cell tissues.A variety of lipid molecules and intermediate metabolite participate in cell signal transduction and inflammatory processes,which promote the occurrence and development of tumors.In addition,fatty acid biosynthesis is also involved in abnormal lipid metabolism of tumors.Moreover,dyslipidemia is closely related to a variety of solid tumors.Therefore,abnormal lipid metabolism is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.This paper discusses the effects of tumor lipid metabolism signaling pathways,related genes,related enzymes involved in lipid metabolism,inflammatory cells and inflammatory factors on tumor occurrence and development,as well as several solid tumors closely related to dyslipidemia,providing references for improving the therapeutic efficacy of tumor treatment.
