安罗替尼在横纹肌肉瘤靶向治疗中的应用1例

Application of anlotinib in targeted treatment of rhabdomyosarcoma:a case report

横纹肌肉瘤是一种恶性程度高且罕见的软组织肉瘤。本文报道了1例经穿刺活检后病理显示为胚胎型横纹肌肉瘤的患者。该患者经安罗替尼靶向治疗联合新辅助化疗后肿瘤体积明显缩小,行保肢手术治疗后继续应用安罗替尼靶向治疗联合局部辅助放疗。该患者治疗效果较好,为临床治疗此类型恶性肿瘤提供了新的思路。

Rhabdomyosarcoma is a malignant and rare soft tissue sarcoma.A case of embryonic rhabdomyosarcoma is reported in this paper.The patient's tumor volume decreased significantly after Anlotinib targeted therapy combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy.After the limb salvage surgery,the patient continued to apply Anlotinib targeted therapy combined with local adjuvant radiotherapy.The treatment effect of this patient is good,which provides new ideas for clinical treatment of this type of malignant tumor.
