摘要
结合了国内外研究进展,介绍了黄曲霉毒素的分布、结构及毒性危害,并重点阐述了相关检测方法,包括传统的方法以及近年来新兴的检测方法,以及其特点、现状和存在的问题。
Based on the research progress at home and abroad,the distribution,structure and toxicity of aflatoxins were introduced.And it was mainly focused on the related detection methods,including traditional methods and some new coming methods these years,and their characteristics,status quo and problems.
