气质色谱法分析甘草不同溶剂提取物气味成分 被引量:1

摘要 采用气质色谱法分析测定了甘草水提取物、乙醚提取物、正己烷提取物的气味成分。试验结果表明:甘草水提取物气味成分种类较多,而且极性物质及醇类物质占比较高;甘草乙醚提取物、正己烷提取物气味成分种类相对较少,甘草乙醚提取物气味成分大多数为含有氧原子的物质,甘草正己烷提取物气味成分大多数为烷烃类物质。 The odor components of glycyrrhiza extracted by water,ether and N-hexane were tested by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The experiment results showed that the kinds of the odor components of glycyrrhiza extracted by water were relatively more,and the proportion of polar substances and alcohols was higher;The kinds of the odor components of glycyrrhiza extracted by ether and N-hexane were relatively fewer.Most odor components of glycyrrhiza extracted by ether contained oxygen atom.Most odor components of glycyrrhiza extracted by N-hexane were alkane.
