摘要
广州地铁某项目区间隧道采用矿山法+盾构机空推进行施工。通过严格控制推进过程中的掘进机姿态、豆粒石堆填、二次注浆质量、管片拼装质量、测量监控等施工工序,盾构机顺利完成空推段施工任务,工程施工质量、成本、工期均取得了非常好的效果。
Based on Huangmugang station of Shenzhen Metro Line 7, this paper studied the influence of foundation pit excavation on pile foundation of adjacent overpass. By simulating three conditions of excavation depth, distance and rigidity of retaining pile, the influence characteristics of foundation pit excavation on pile displacement and stress of adjacent overpass under different working conditions are obtained. The results show that the maximum lateral displacement of bridge pile foundation appears in the middle and inclines to the direction of foundation pit under three conditions. With the increase of excavation depth, the lateral displacement, vertical settlement and Mises stress of bridge pile foundation increase. With the increase of distance between bridge pile foundation and excavation foundation pit, the lateral displacement, vertical settlement and Mises stress of bridge pile foundation decrease. With the increase of retaining structure rigidity, the lateral displacement of adjacent piles decrease.
