摘要 中职学校烹饪专业现代学徒制试点需要学校专业教师和企业技术骨干共同担任教学导师。如何选拔思想品德好、业务能力强、教学水平高的技术骨干担任企业导师,与专业教师一起完成好学徒的教学指导,是师资队伍建设的难点。企业导师应达到资质标准,学校和企业需要对企业导师进行激励和培养,让企业导师满足现代学徒制实施的教学需要。 The pilot of modern apprenticeship system of cooking major in secondary vocational school needs professional teachers and technical backbones of enterprises to serve as teaching instructors. How to select the technical backbones with good moral character, strong professional ability and high teaching level to serve as enterprise mentors and complete the teaching guidance of apprentices together with professional teachers is the difficulty of the construction of teaching staff. Enterprise mentors should meet the qualification standards. Schools and enterprises need to encourage and cultivate enterprise mentors to meet the needs of modern apprenticeship teaching.
