组织社会学视域下产教融合的困境及其破解

The Dilemma and Solution of the Integration of Production and Education in the Perspective of Organizational Sociology

随着产教融合的深入发展,其所面临的问题也日益凸显。在组织社会学视域下分析产教融合面临的理念、制度以及组织三大困境,并思考其破解之道,可以从三方面着手:重塑价值理念,构建合作共享双赢愿景;健全制度规范,构建长效发展保护屏障;创建组织机构,构建科学高效合作机制。

With the in-depth development of the Integration of Production and Education,the problems it faces are becoming more and more prominent.From the perspective of organizational sociology,the integration of production and education faces three dilemmas:concept dilemma,institutional dilemma and organizational dilemma.To get out of the current predicament,we can start from the following aspects:reshape the value concept to build a win-win vision of cooperation and sharing;improve institutional norms to build a long-term development protection barrier;create an organization to build a scientific and efficient cooperation mechanism.
