摘要
分析教育技术学硕士培养模式现状发现,学科本位人才培养模式存在人才供应与市场需求“南辕北辙”之劣势。为了弥补其不足,明确“实践—课程—实践”的培养目标,优化“岗位—能力—课程”的课程结构,形成研究生主讲、课题研究、实践教学相结合的教学组织形式与方法,采用多元全方位的教学评价,为培养以能力为本位的教育技术学硕士提供可参考建议。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of the training mode of master of educational technology,it is found that the training mode of subject-based talents has the disadvantage of"opposite direction"between the supply of talents and the market demand.In order to make up for its shortcomings,we should make clear the training objective of"practice-curriculum-practice",optimize the curriculum structure of"post-ability-curriculum",form the teaching organization form and method of the combination of master lecture,subject research and practice teaching,and adopt multiple and all-round teaching evaluation,so as to provide reference suggestions for cultivating the master of education technology based on ability.
