农村中职校的认同危机及突破路径——以江苏省句容中等专业学校为例

摘要 当前,中等职业教育面临着“认同危机”,调整乃至取消职普比成为热议,农村中等职业教育的生存与发展面临严峻挑战。对此,江苏省句容中专从理性分析认同危机的成因出发,不忘初心,坚持畅通体系、强化服务、特色发展的发展战略,敢于并善于为中职发声,化危为机,实现学校高质量发展。 At present,secondary vocational education faces the"identity crisis".The adjustment and even the abolition of the enrollment ratio has become a hot topic.The survival and development of rural secondary vocational education is facing severe challenges.In this regard,Jurong Secondary Vocational School of Jiangsu Province started from the rational analysis of the cause of the crisis of identity,did not forget the initial heart,adhered to the development strategy of smooth system,strengthened service and characteristic development,dared to be good at vocalizing for secondary vocational,and turned crisis into opportunity to achieve high quality development.
