摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特联合匹多莫德对急性哮喘的治疗效果,并观察其对PI3K蛋白表达及血清脂氧素A4(Lipoxin A4,LXA4)水平的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2018年1月在本院就诊的100例急性哮喘患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予孟鲁司特治疗,观察组给予孟鲁司特联合匹多莫德治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能[一秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)]及PI3K蛋白表达与LXA4水平差异。结果观察组患儿治疗1个疗程后总有效率(94.0%)高于对照组(60.0%)(P<0.01);治疗后两组FEV1及FEV1/FVC均较治疗前升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后两组患儿PI3K蛋白表达与LXA4水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合匹多莫德可改善急性哮喘患儿的肺功能,同时还可降低PI3K蛋白表达和LXA4水平。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with pidotimod in the treatment of children with acute asthma and its effect on the expression of serum phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)and Lipoxin A4(LXA4).Methods Total 100 cases of acute asthma children treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as study objects.The random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with montelukast,while the observation group was treated with montelukast combined with pidomide.The clinical efficacy,lung function before and after treatment and the expression levels of PI3K and LXA4 were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94%,significantly higher than the control group(60.0%)(P<0.01).FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the two groups were improved after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group with statistically significant differences(P all<0.05).After treatment,the serum PI3K and LXA4 levels of both groups were significantly decreased,and the serum P13K and LXA4 levels of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P all<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast combined with pidotimod can improve the pulmonary function and clinical efficacy of children with acute asthma,and also reduce the level of serum PI3K and LXA4,which is of certain clinical practical value.
