摘要
随着我国城镇污水处理效率的不断提高,城镇污水处理厂污泥产量也急剧增加。厌氧消化作为一种低能耗、资源化的污泥处理技术,处理过程能耗较低,能回收沼气能源,可减少温室气体排放,是污泥稳定化、减量化和资源化的重要手段之一。目前,由于高含固厌氧消化沼气产生效率高,已在工程实践中得到了推广应用。温度是影响厌氧消化反应的重要因素,温度变化对沼气产量有明显影响,因此,维持厌氧消化反应温度的稳定性尤为重要。该文针对厌氧消化系统不同的增温方式,以实际工程实践为例,介绍了厌氧消化系统启动时和正常运行时的增温情况。
With continuous improvement of municipal sewage treatment rate in China,sludge production of municipal wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)has also increased sharply.Anaerobic digestion,as a kind of sludge treatment technology with low energy consumption and resource utilization,consumes low energy,recovers biogas energy and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.It is one of the important ways of sludge stabilization,reduction and resource utilization.At present,due to the advantage of high efficiency o digesting biogas with high solid content anaerobic digestion,it has been widely applied in engineering practice.Temperature is an important factor affecting anaerobic digestion reaction,and the change of temperature has obvious effect on biogas yield.Therefore,it is particularly important to maintain the stability of anaerobic digestion reaction temperature.In the paper,according to difierent heating modes of anaerobic digestion system,and taking practical engineering practice as an example,heating conditions of anaerobic digestion system at start-up and normal operation are introduced.
