供水管道清洁技术的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 随着人们生活水平的不断提高,居民愈来愈关注自来水的水质。对于供水公共事业单位,确保输送到用户水龙头的水质安全、放心的确是一个不小的难题。当前,无内衬管道长期使用后会出现管道生锈、水变色、有异味、沉积物堆积、水垢、生物膜生长、管道堵塞等水质问题。因此,需定期对供水管道进行检测、维修、清理。文中考察了供水管网的现状,对比分析了各种管道清洗技术的特点及其适用范围,并结合实际案例,介绍了管道清洗方法方式在整个冲洗过程中的参数设定、冲洗流程,指出了各清洗方法不仅可以使用户投诉率降低,还能提高清洗效率,促进管道清洗的发展。 With the increasing improvement of people's life standards,residents are increasingly concerned about the quality of tap water.For water utility public utilities,ensuring the safety and reassurance of the water delivered to the user's faucet is indeed a big problem.After long-term use,there will be many water quality problems emerging on unlined pipes such as pipe rust,water discoloration,odor,sediment accumulation,scale,biofilm growth,and pipe blockage.Therefore,it is very necessary to check,repair and clean supply pipelines periodically.The paper investigates status quo of water supply pipe network,compares and analyzes characteristics of various pipe cleaning technologies and their applicable scope at the meantime.Finally,combining with actual cases,the paper introduces parameter setting and flushing process of pipe cleaning method in the whole flushing process.Each cleaning method can not only reduce the user's complaint rate,but also improve cleaning efficiency and promote the development of pipeline cleaning.
