摘要
目的全面了解银川市一起食物中毒的原因,为预防控制此类事件提供依据。方法采用人群流行病学、现场卫生学调查及实验室微生物检测方法对此次食物中毒的原因进行调查分析。结果本次共同进餐110人,搜索到47名病例,年龄为17~19岁,男19人,女28人,罹患率42.72%,无死亡。共采集样品29份,其中校内自来水2份、砧板3份、盛菜不锈钢盆1份、留样饭菜11份、患病者肛拭子7份和粪便4份,校外烤鸭1份其中肠炎沙门氏菌阳性检出率为48.27%。结论该事件是由于餐具用品未经严格消毒灭菌引起肠炎沙门氏菌污染食品,导致食物中毒发生。
Objective To investigate the cause of a food poisoning in Yinchuan City,and to provide basis for the prevention and control of such incidents.Methods The causes of the food poisoning were investigated and analyzed by the methods of population epidemiology,field hygiene investigation and laboratory microbial detection.Results There were 110 people ate together,47 cases were found,aged between 17 to 19 years old,19 males and 28 females,with an incidence of 42.72%,no death.29 samples were collected,including 2 tap water samples,3 chopping boards,1 stainless steel basin with vegetables,11 food samples,7 anal swabs and 4 feces.The positive rate of Salmonella enteritidis was 48.27%in 1 roast duck.Conclusion The incident was caused by food poisoning caused by Salmonella enteritidis contamination due to the no strict disinfection and sterilization of tableware.
