基于专利大数据的焊接前沿热点技术挖掘

摘要 为了挖掘焊接领域的前沿热点技术,该研究选用智慧芽专利大数据平台,通过专利大数据分析方法对焊接前沿热点技术的全球发展态势、技术前沿热点、重点研发团队进行了研究,并用可视化方法展示了该领域的创新状况。结果表明,全球焊接技术发展经历了萌芽阶段、成长阶段、成熟阶段;美国、日本、德国高价值专利遥遥领先,中国焊接技术专利数量多,但质量有待提升;焊接前沿热点技术主要集中在搅拌摩擦焊、激光焊、电子封装等技术方向,应用集中在轻合金、机械部件、电路芯片、燃料电池等领域。提出了国内焊接前沿技术布局的相关建议。 In order to mine frontier hot spot in the field of welding technology,the wisdom buds patent data platform was selected to study global development trend,technological frontier hot spots,key research and development team of welding hot frontier technology through the patent data analysis method,and to show innovation status in this field by visualization method.The results showed that the development of global welding technology experienced stages of germination,growth and maturity.The United States,Japan and Germany were far ahead in high value patents.China had a large number of welding technology patents,but the quality need to be improved.Welding hot spot technology mainly focused on friction stir welding,laser welding,electronic packaging and other technologies,and the application concentrated upon light alloy,mechanical parts,circuit chips,fuel cells and other fields.Some suggestions on the layout of welding frontier technology in China were put forward.
