摘要 采用厚度为50μm的BNi82CrSiB作为钎料,进行了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的真空扩散钎焊,对接头的界面微观组织进行了观察和分析;测试了接头的常温抗拉强度;对扩散钎焊接头进行了液压强度考核。试验结果表明,钎料与母材形成了钎缝,经扩散钎焊后,钎缝组织均匀;钎焊接头抗拉强度与母材相当,而断后伸长率及断面收缩率都低于母材,断裂形式为韧性断裂;对沟槽模拟件进行27 MPa液压试验,保持10 min,无变形、无渗漏,满足设计要求。 Vacuum diffusion brazing of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel was carried out by BNi82CrSiB brazing filler metal with a thickness of 50μm.Microstructure of joints was observed and analyzed.Tensile strength of joints at room temperature was tested and hydraulic strength of joints was examined.Test results showed that brazing filler metal formed a brazing seam with base metal,and the brazing seam had uniform microstructure after diffusion brazing.Tensile strength of joints was equal to that of base metal,while elongation and section shrinkage rate of joints were lower than those of parent metal,and fracture form was ductile fracture.Hydraulic test with 27 MPa and 10 min holding time was carried out on groove simulation parts,and no deformation or leakage was founded,which met design requirements.
