摘要 通过对江苏省15所“双一流”大学3100名40岁以下科级干部生活状况、职业发展和工作满意度等维度进行问卷分析发现,大学青年科级干部存在生活幸福指数较低、职业发展目标及规划缺乏和组织支持力度不够等问题,因此,大学应该疏通岗位晋升和薪酬分配机制,构建职业生涯发展体系,拓宽交流和培训平台,以期为青年科级干部队伍建设和发展提供新思路。 A questionnaire survey about the living condition,career development and job satisfaction of 3100 young cadres who were under the age of 40 years old and came from fifteen“double first-class”universities in Jiangsu Province found that the young cadres had problems such as low life happiness index,lack of career development goal,planning and organizational support.It is put forward that the mechanism of post promotion and salary distribution should be straightened out,a system of career development constructed,and the platform of communication and training broadened so as to provide new ideas for the construction and development of the young section-level cadres group.
