大学教师作为高等教育发展的主力军,其思想政治素质关系到大学培养什么人、如何培养人和为谁培养人的根本问题,也是大学落实立德树人根本任务的关键。新时代大学教师的思想政治素质面临诸多挑战,需要进一步加强大学教师思想政治教育制度建设,重视大学教师思想政治教育价值引领,强化大学教师思想政治教育手段模式创新,优化大学思想政治教育环境建设。从而真正地提升大学教师的思想政治素质,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦奠定扎实的人才基础。

College teachers are the main force for the development of higher education.So their ideological and political quality concerns such fundamental problems as what talents colleges and universities cultivate,how they cultivate talents and whom they cultivate talents for and is also the key to the implementation of the fundamental task of colleges and universities of strengthening moral education.In a New Era college teachers’ideological and political quality is facing so many challenges that it is needed to further strengthen the construction of the system of ideological and political education of college teachers,stress the value guidance of ideological and political education of colleges teachers,strengthen college teachers’means and model innovation of ideological and political education,optimize the environmental construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and thus really improve college teachers’quality of ideology and politics so as to lay a solid foundation of talent for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
