依达拉奉联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果及对同型半胱氨酸水平的影响

Clinical effect of edaravone combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate in treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on homocysteine level

目的探讨依达拉奉联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果及对同型半胱氨酸水平的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取2018年6月~2019年6月我院收治的60例急性脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上采用依达拉奉联合拜阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用依达拉奉联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后血清同型半胱氨酸水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血清同型半胱氨酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后血清同型半胱氨酸水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后血清同型半胱氨酸水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死临床效果显著,能降低同型半胱氨酸水平,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of edaravone combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on homocysteine level.Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group were treated with edaravone combined with aspirin on the basis of conventional treatment.The observation group were given edaravone combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects,serum homocysteine levels before and after treatment,and the incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The overall response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 93.33%and 73.33%,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum homocysteine levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Serum homocysteine levels between the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The level of serum homocysteine in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of edaravone combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant,with reduced homocysteine level and low incidence of adverse reactions.It is worth to be popularized in clinic.
