快速康复外科理念应用于胃肠道术后患者康复活动中的效果分析

Effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on rehabilitation of postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tract surgery

目的探讨快速康复外科理念对胃肠道术后患者康复活动的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的胃肠道术后患者96例,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于快速康复外科理念的护理,对比两组首次排气时间、拔除胃管时间、开始进食时间及住院时间、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组术后首次排气时间、拔除胃管时间、开始进食时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后总并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念应用于胃肠道术后患者康复活动中可有效促进患者恢复,降低术后并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on rehabilitation activities of patients after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 96 patients with gastrointestinal surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group implemented nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.The first exhaust time,the time of gastric tube removal,the time of starting eating and hospitalization,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of nursing between two groups were compared.Results The first exhaust time,the time of gastric tube removal,the time of starting eating and the hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of total complication in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can effectively promote the recovery of patients after gastrointestinal surgery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is worth promoting.
