延续护理对老年溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床效果研究

目的探讨延续护理对老年溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床效果。方法收集2016年1月~2018年1月我院收治的溃疡性结肠炎70例患者作为研究对象,随机分组,研究组和对照组每组患者35例,对照组给予常规出院指导,研究组在对照组基础上给予延续护理,6个月后比较两组治疗依从性、自我效能、生活质量。结果研究组配合生活能力训练、康复训练、遵医嘱用药、配合检查治疗等方面的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组自我效能评分高于干预前,干预后研究组自我效能量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者生活质量各项评分高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年溃疡性结肠炎患者实施延续护理能提高患者的治疗依从性,改善自我效能,提高生活质量,临床价值显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of continuous nursing on elderly patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods 70 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine discharge guidance.The study group was given continuing care on the basis of treatment in the control group.The treatment compliance,self-efficacy,and quality of life were compared after 6 months.Results The scores of the study group in cooperating with life ability training,rehabilitation training,compliance with medical drugs,and compliance with examination and treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-efficacy scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention.After the intervention,the self-efficacy scale scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing in elderly patients with ulcerative colitis can improve the patient's treatment compliance,improve self-efficacy,improve the quality of life,and has significant clinical value.
