加味蛇床子散熏洗联合康复新液治疗98例外阴白色病变患者的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical efficacy of flavored fructus cnidii powder fumigation and washing and Kangfuxin solution on 98 cases of leukoplakia vulva

目的探讨加味蛇床子散熏洗联合康复新液治疗外阴白色病变患者的临床疗效。方法将2018年1月~2019年1月青海省中医院收治的外阴白色病变患者98例随机分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49)。对照组给予康复新液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合加味蛇床子散熏洗治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效、外阴瘙痒、色素脱失、阴痛积分及复发情况。结果观察组的总有效率为93.88%,明显高于对照组的75.51%(χ^2=6.376,P=0.012)。治疗后,两组外阴瘙痒、色素脱失及阴痛积分与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.05);且观察组的各项积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组的复发率为4.08%,明显低于对照组的22.45%(χ^2=7.184,P=0.007)。结论加味蛇床子散熏洗联合康复新液治疗外阴白色病变临床效果显著,可有效缓解患者的外阴瘙痒、色素脱失及阴痛等临床症状,降低复发率,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of flavored fructus cnidii powder fumigation and washing and Kangfuxin solution on leukoplakia vulva.Methods A total of 98 patients of leukoplakia vulva admitted to Qinghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=49).Both groups were treated with Kangfuxin solution,and the observation group was treated with the fumigation and washing of fructus cnidii powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pruritus vulvae,depigmentation,integral of pain vulvae and recurrence were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.51%)(χ^2=6.376,P=0.012).After treatment,the scores of pruritus,depigmentation and pain of vulva in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.08%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(22.45%)(χ^2=7.184,P=0.007).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of flavored fructus cnidii powder fumigation and washing and Kangfuxin solution on leukoplakia vulva is significant.It can effectively relieve the vulvae pruritus,depigmentation and vulvae pain,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of the patients,and is worth popularizing.
