不同剂量聚乙二醇电解质溶液在结直肠癌术后患者肠道准备中的效果研究

Effects of different doses of polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution in intestinal preparation of patients after colorectal carcinoma surgery

目的研究不同剂量聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol,PEG)电解质溶液在结直肠癌(colorectal carcinoma,CRC)术后患者肠道准备中的效果及不良反应情况。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月在南京医科大学第二附属医院消化内科收治的行结肠镜检查的CRC术后患者共320例,依据PEG溶液剂量分为2L-PEG组和4L-PEG组,每组160例。比较两组患者不良反应情况,以及分别在保留右半结肠CRC术后患者、右半结肠切除CRC术后患者中PEG剂量对患者肠道清洁度的影响。结果2L-PEG组与4L-PEG组在肠道准备导致CRC术后患者出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀等不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05),但2L-PEG组睡眠质量较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于保留右半结肠CRC术后患者,4L-PEG组肠道清洁效果优于2L-PEG组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于右半结肠切除CRC术后患者,2L-PEG组与4L-PEG组肠道清洁效果无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论依据CRC术后患者是否保留右半结肠,选择不同剂量的PEG溶液有利于提高CRC术后患者肠道准备质量及睡眠质量。

Objective To study the effects and adverse reactions of different doses of polyethylene glycol electrolyte(PEG)solution in the intestinal preparation of patients after colorectal carcinoma(CRC)surgery.Methods A total of 320 patients who underwent colonoscopy after CRC surgery in the Department of Gastroenterology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled and divided into the 2L-PEG group and the 4L-PEG group according to the dose of PEG solution,with 160 patients in each group.The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and the effects of different PEG doses on the intestinal cleanliness of the patients keeping the right colon and the patients having the right colon removed after CRC surgery were compared.Results There was no significant differences in the intestinal preparation induced adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain and abdominal distension after CRC surgery between the 2L-PEG group and the 4L-PEG group(P>0.05),but the sleep quality of the 2L-PEG group was better,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).For the patients keeping the right colon after CRC,the intestinal cleaning effect of the 4L-PEG group was better than that of the 2L-PEG group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).For the patients having right colon removed after CRC,there was no statistically significant difference in the intestinal cleansing effect between the 2L-PEG group and the 4L-PEG group(P>0.05).Conclusion Choosing different doses of PEG solution based on whether the patients keep the right colon or not is conducive to improving their intestinal preparation quality and sleep quality after CRC.
