摘要
以1年生观赏葫芦品种亚腰葫芦为实验材料,测定了夏末秋初1天的叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明,随着温度和光照的时间变化,初始荧光(F0)、相对可变荧光(Vj)和单位反应中心热耗散的能量(DI0/RC)呈现出先上升后下降的趋势;最大荧光产量(Fm)、PSⅡ最大光合效率(Fv/Fm)和光化学性能指数(PI abs)呈现出先下降后升高的趋势。
In this study,1-year-old ornamental Gourd Variety Yayao gourd planted in the same year was used as the experimental material.The changes of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters at the end of summer and the beginning of autumn were measured.The results show that:with the change of temperature and light time,F0,Vj and DI0/RC show a trend of rising first and then declining.Fm,Fv/Fm and PI abs show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.
