摘要
马铃薯为4大粮食作物之一,营养价值丰富,富含人体所需的蛋白质,且易于消化吸收,维生素含量均衡,脂肪含量低。该文分析了阳江地区发展冬作马铃薯的气候等相关因素,阐述了冬作马铃薯栽培管理技术。
Potato was one of the fourth staple food crops in the world.The potato was the first choice food ingredient for the urban class for its abundant nutritive value,protein that needed by human body,easy to digest and absorb,balanced vitamin content and low-fat content.The author comprehensively analyzed the related factors of winter planting potato development in Yangjiang area.The author comprehensively elaborated the cultivation technique of the winter planting potato.
