不同刺葡萄类型调查研究

摘要 对21个不同类型刺葡萄品种或株系单株在开花期、着色期、果实成熟期进行了农艺性状与生物学性状观察统计,并测定了其果实含酸量、含糖量、可溶性固形物含量等。结果表明,甜刺葡萄和涩刺葡萄的长势较弱;各类型间每新梢花穗数变异较小;单穗重,较大的有涩刺葡萄、甜刺葡萄、9号、紫秋刺葡萄、4号、米刺葡萄,较小的有白刺长安、涩刺葡萄2号;十粒重,较大的有紫秋刺葡萄、9号、甜刺葡萄、米刺葡萄、8号、涩刺葡萄、7号,较小的有白刺长安、右11号、6号、12号、13号;可溶性固形物,较高的有紫秋刺葡萄、甜刺葡萄、7号,均为15%以上,较低的有6号、左11号、12号、13号,均为10.0以下;可滴定酸,较大的有涩刺葡萄2号、6号、8号、9号、白刺长安,而甜刺葡萄酸较低,仅为0.08g/100mL;1号、6号、左11号、12号、13号5个类型的成熟期较晚,白刺葡萄和右11号的成熟期较早,9月下旬果实内糖分积累较高,更容易感染病害等。 After classification of 21 different types of spine grape(Vitis davidii Foёx)varieties(or strains),agronomic and biological traits were observed in the flowering,coloring and fruit ripening stages of the suspected different types of plants;the acid content,sugar content and soluble solids content of the fruit were determined. According to the observed results,it was found that the sweet spine grape and the spine grape grow weaker than others;the variation of the new shoots among different types are tiny;the larger weight of the single cluster ones are:Spine grape,Sweet Spine grape,No.9,Purple Autumn,No.4,rice spine grape. The smaller ones are:White Spine Chang′an,Spine grape 2;for ten-berries weight,the larger one is Ziqiu,No.9,Sweet Spine grape,Rice Spine grape,No.8,Spine grape,No.7. The smaller ones are White Spines Chang′an,right 11 th,6 th,12 th,13 th;for soluble solids content,the larger ones are Purple Autumn,Sweet Spine grape,7 th,all of their soluble solids content are above 15%. The smaller ones are No.6,No.11,No.12,No.13,and all of their soluble solids content are below 10%;for the titratable acid,the larger ones are No.2,No.6,No.8,No.9,and White Spine Chang′ an. The content of titratable acid in Sweet Spine grape is lowest,which only has 0.08 g/100 mL;the ripening period of No.1,No.6,No.11,No.12,No.13 is late;the ripening period of White Spine grape and Right 11 is earlier. In the late September,the sugar accumulation in the fruit of White Spine grape and Right 11 is better which is more likely to infect diseases.
