创新的培养作为素质教育的重点,体现了国家对于人才培养的内在要求。科技类社团对于大学生创新和实践能力培养具有非常重要的作用。从社团活动教学体系、思维创新提升体系和多元化激励体系三个方面给出了科技类社团在培养大学生创新能力方面的构建举措,通过创新能力及创新意识的心理测试实验,论证了科技类社团在培养大学生创新能力和创新意识方面的积极作用,将创新能力的培养上升到了精神层面,探索了以科技社团为平台培养大学生创新精神的新思路和新方法。

The cultivation of innovation,as the core of quality education,embodies the inherent requirements of the state for personnel training.Science and technology associations play a very important role in cultivating students'innovative and practical abilities.In terms of teaching system of association activities,thinking innovation and promotion system and diversified incentive system,this paper puts forward some important measures for scientific and technological associations to cultivate college students'innovative ability.Through the psychological test of innovation ability and innovation consciousness,it demonstrates the positive role of science and technology associations in cultivating college students'innovative ability and innovative consciousness,raising the cultivation of innovation from the ability level to the spiritual level.Meanwhile,the paper explores the new ideas and methods of cultivating college students'innovative spirit based on scientific and technological associations.
